AG-73305 is a humanized, bi-specific Fc-fusion protein developed for the treatment of retinal diseases such as diabetic macular edema (DME), neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD), and retinal vein occlusion (RVO). The drug is designed to simultaneously block vascular endothelial growth factors (VEGFs) and integrins by combining a VEGF-trap with a disintegrin domain that inhibits key integrin receptors.
