Overview

AG-86893 is a kinase inhibitor being developed as an ophthalmic formulation for ocular surface neovascularization. It is a reformulation of nintedanib, targeting receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs) to inhibit new blood vessel growth and fibrosis that may contribute to pterygium growth.
