**Ag2S@OVA-R837** is a preclinical photothermal cancer nanovaccine composed of approximately 3.8 nm silver sulfide quantum dots coated with ovalbumin and loaded with imiquimod. Under 808 nm near-infrared irradiation, the silver sulfide quantum dots generate photothermal heating for local tumor treatment while also enabling NIR-I-excited NIR-II fluorescence tracking. Ovalbumin serves as a model antigen and imiquimod activates Toll-like receptor 7 signaling in dendritic cells, supporting antigen presentation and antitumor immune activation. In a mouse breast-tumor model, the nanoplatform combined with laser treatment reduced tumor burden, improved survival, and generated immune responses; it has not been reported as a clinical-stage or marketed product.
