Overview

AgASF-Phage E is an early-stage, phage-based vaccine candidate developed by iNtRON Biotechnology for the prevention of African Swine Fever (ASF). The vaccine is built upon the company's proprietary IMPA (It's My Phage) platform, which utilizes bacteriophages to deliver or present viral antigens to the porcine immune system. African Swine Fever is a highly contagious and deadly viral disease affecting domestic and wild pigs, for which effective commercial vaccines have historically been limited. AgASF-Phage E aims to provide a safe and efficacious alternative to traditional live-attenuated or inactivated vaccine approaches.
