Drug intelligence / Profile preview
AGB103 is a CD19-targeted therapeutic candidate being developed by Agni Bio for the treatment of autoimmune diseases. It utilizes Agni Bio's proprietary Vβ17-directed T memory redirection platform, which is designed to selectively engage and redirect T memory cells to deplete CD19-positive B cells. This approach aims to address the underlying pathology of various autoimmune conditions by eliminating the B-cell populations responsible for autoantibody production and immune dysregulation. As of early 2026, the program is in the IND-enabling stage of development.
