Drug intelligence / Profile preview
AGB201 is a bispecific antibody being developed by Agni Bio for the treatment of solid tumors. It is part of the company's LTβR tumor-targeted bispecific platform, which is designed to unmask immune responses in treatment-resistant tumors. The drug targets the Extra Domain B (EDB) of fibronectin, a splice variant that is highly expressed in the stroma of various solid tumors and associated with tumor angiogenesis, while remaining virtually absent in normal adult tissues. By utilizing EDB for tumor-specific localization and targeting the Lymphotoxin beta receptor (LTβR), AGB201 aims to modulate the tumor microenvironment and enhance anti-tumor immunity.
