AGEN1307 is a human monoclonal antibody that targets TIGIT (T cell immunoglobulin and ITIM domain) and is designed as a checkpoint inhibitor for cancer immunotherapy. Its mechanism of action includes blockade of TIGIT, resulting in T-cell stimulation, and it features an Fc-engineered region to enhance antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) through increased Fcγ receptor binding. The drug is intended to promote anti-tumor immune responses by both inhibiting TIGIT-mediated suppression of T cells and enabling immune cell–mediated cytotoxicity against tumor cells.
