Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Agent-F6** is an investigational allogeneic invariant natural killer T cell chimeric antigen receptor therapy directed against B-cell maturation antigen. It was identified by MiNK Therapeutics using its CARDIS discovery platform as a BCMA-targeting CAR construct expressed in iNKT cells for off-the-shelf cell therapy. Preclinical data presented by the developer describe potent cytotoxicity against BCMA-expressing hematologic tumor cell lines and antitumor activity in a multiple myeloma xenograft model comparable to a clinical-stage BCMA CAR reference, supporting its development as a BCMA-directed cellular immunotherapy for plasma cell malignancies such as multiple myeloma.
