Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Aggregon** is an investigational, non-autologous therapeutic cancer-vaccine candidate developed through the XEME Biopharma/R2T BioPharma program. The off-the-shelf version is designed as a multilamellar liposomal vesicle incorporating shared tumor-associated antigens rather than a patient's own tumor cells, together with interleukin-2 to stimulate antitumor immune responses. It is intended for cancers in which common tumor-associated antigens can be shared across patients, including hematologic malignancies and solid tumors.
