Overview
**Aggregon Oncolipin** is a preclinical intratumoral therapeutic cancer-vaccine candidate from XEME Biopharma and R2T Biopharma for solid tumors. It is an antigen-free multilamellar liposomal cell-vaccine formulation incorporating recombinant human interleukin-2 to locally modulate the tumor microenvironment and promote antitumor immune activity. It is distinct from the separate Aggregon Oncolipin with Oncolytic Virus combination program.
