Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Aggregon Oncoquest** is a personalized autologous therapeutic cancer vaccine developed using XEME Biopharma's Aggregon multilamellar liposome technology. Each patient-specific product incorporates tumor-cell lysate and/or tumor-specific neoantigens derived from the patient's own cancer together with recombinant human interleukin-2, with the aim of promoting antigen presentation and expanding tumor-reactive T-cell responses. Clinical variants include Oncoquest-CLL for treatment-naive chronic lymphocytic leukemia and Oncoquest-L for previously untreated, asymptomatic, non-bulky stage III or IV follicular lymphoma; an ovarian-cancer program has also been proposed.
