AGM-260 is a preclinical peptide drug candidate developed by Anygen for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), specifically ulcerative colitis. It is designed to exert anti-inflammatory effects by suppressing the production of key pro-inflammatory cytokines, including tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6), which are central to the pathogenesis of intestinal inflammation.
