Drug intelligence / Profile preview
AGT-NeoBoost T-cells (NeoBoost® T-cells) is a personalized, neoantigen-specific autologous T-cell therapy developed by AngenMed Therapeutics. As a component of the ANG-NeoSync® platform, the therapy is produced by first identifying patient-specific tumor neoantigens through whole-genome sequencing. These neoantigens are used to create an mRNA vaccine that primes autologous dendritic cells (AGT-NeoPrime® DC). These primed dendritic cells are then co-cultured with the patient's T cells ex vivo, leading to a greater than 100-fold expansion of neoantigen-specific T cells. The final product, NeoBoost® T-cells, is re-infused into the patient to recognize and eliminate cancer cells expressing the targeted neoantigens. The therapy is currently in development for the treatment of various solid tumors.
