Drug intelligence / Profile preview
AGT-NeoPrime DC is a personalized dendritic cell (DC)-based cancer immunotherapy developed by AngenMed Therapeutics as part of the AGT-NeoSync platform. The therapy involves isolating a patient's own dendritic cells and educating them using a custom-synthesized tumor neoantigen (NeoAg) mRNA vaccine, which is designed based on whole-genome sequencing of the patient's tumor. These neoantigen-loaded dendritic cells function as antigen-presenting cells to activate and expand neoantigen-specific antitumor T-cell responses. It is intended for the treatment of various solid tumors and is typically used in conjunction with AGT-NeoBoost T-cells.
