Overview

AGX-392 is an investigational adoptive cell therapy based on enhanced tumour-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) that are CD103+, CD39+, and CD8+. It is being developed by AgonOx for the treatment of neoplasms (cancers). The therapy involves modulating the activity of integrin subunit alpha E (CD103), inhibiting ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase 1 (CD39), and modulating cluster of differentiation 8 (CD8) to enhance anti-tumor immune responses. As of March 2025, its highest development phase is Discovery.
