AI-011 is a proprietary, high-affinity, clinical-stage, humanized monoclonal antibody developed by OncoC4 that specifically binds to vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), one of the key targets in oncology for inhibition of angiogenesis. AI-011 is notably used as a component of the bispecific antibody AI-081, which combines AI-011 (anti-VEGF) with AI-025 (anti-PD-1) to deliver a dual pathway blockade for enhanced anti-tumor activity in advanced solid tumors. In preclinical studies, AI-081, and thus the AI-011 component, demonstrated higher target affinity and robust cooperative interactions compared to other candidates in the same class[1][4].
