Overview

AI-201 is a bispecific antibody currently in development by Apeximmune for the treatment of solid and hematologic cancers. The molecule is designed using Apeximmune's proprietary Antibody-Immune Modulator (AIM) platform to simultaneously target AIM-104 and a specific tumor-associated antigen, TAA2. This dual-targeting strategy is intended to provide conditional activation of immune pathways within the tumor microenvironment, potentially enhancing anti-tumor activity while reducing systemic side effects. AI-201 is part of a broader pipeline of bispecific antibodies (including AI-328 and AI-614) that utilize the AIM-104 module to engage immune cells against various tumor-specific targets.
