Overview

AIC-101 is the lead product candidate of Ace Laboratories, Inc., a trans-mucosal formulation of resveratrol designed to overcome its poor oral bioavailability and gastrointestinal side effects. This novel delivery method aims to allow direct absorption of resveratrol into the bloodstream, unlocking its therapeutic potential, particularly for neurovascular diseases. The drug is being developed for various vascular and inflammatory indications, including Alzheimer's disease, mild to moderate traumatic brain injury/concussion, erectile dysfunction (as a co-therapy), and certain orphan diseases.
