AIG07025 is a potent and selective small molecule inhibitor of Ubiquitin-Specific Protease 1 (USP1), currently in preclinical development for the treatment of cancers characterized by homologous recombination deficiency (HRD) or BRCA mutations. USP1 is a deubiquitinating enzyme that plays a critical role in DNA damage repair and replication fork stability; its inhibition induces synthetic lethality in tumors with impaired DNA repair pathways.
