Drug intelligence / Profile preview
AIP-307 is a diagnostic radiopharmaceutical candidate under development by Advanced Innovative Partners (AIP) for the detection and imaging of Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM). As a diagnostic agent, it is designed to utilize a radioactive isotope coupled with a targeting moiety to visualize tumor cells or specific biomarkers associated with high-grade gliomas through nuclear imaging techniques such as PET or SPECT. This precision imaging approach aims to assist in the diagnosis, staging, and monitoring of GBM. The program is currently in the IND-enabling phase, preparing for clinical trial applications.
