Drug intelligence / Profile preview
AIP 308 is a therapeutic radiopharmaceutical candidate being developed by Advanced Innovative Partners (AIP) for the treatment of Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM). As a targeted radionuclide therapy, it is designed to deliver ionizing radiation directly to malignant glioma cells, aiming to induce DNA damage and cell death while sparing surrounding healthy brain tissue. The program is currently in the preclinical stage of development and serves as the therapeutic counterpart to AIP 307, which is being developed as a diagnostic imaging agent for the same indication.
