Overview

AIP26GQ is a de novo designed miniprotein drug candidate developed by AI Proteins, Inc. in collaboration with Dynamic Cell Therapies. Engineered using an AI-driven protein design platform, AIP26GQ is a small, hyper-stable protein designed to bind specifically to the B-lymphocyte antigen CD19. It is intended for the treatment of B-cell-derived neoplasms and hemic and lymphatic diseases, potentially serving as a targeting component within a Trispecific Killer Cell Engager (TriKE) modality or as an adapter for universal cell therapies. The miniprotein architecture is designed to offer several advantages over traditional antibody-based fragments, including enhanced thermal and chemical stability, smaller size for improved tissue penetration, and simplified manufacturing processes. AIP26GQ is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
