aipalolitoripalimab

Aipalolitoripalimab (JS203) is a recombinant humanized bispecific monoclonal antibody that simultaneously targets programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) and T-cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains (TIGIT). Developed by Junshi Biosciences, the agent is designed to block two distinct immune checkpoints that are often co-expressed on tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes, thereby potentially overcoming resistance to anti-PD-1/PD-L1 monotherapies and enhancing anti-tumor immune responses. The drug is primarily being evaluated for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). In clinical trials, it is frequently studied in combination with chemotherapy agents such as docetaxel, particularly in patients who have progressed after initial treatment with chemo-immunotherapy regimens.
