The combination brings together immunotherapy (AK105), anti-angiogenic targeted therapy (anlotinib), and cytotoxic chemotherapy (capecitabine, oxaliplatin) for synergistic antitumor effects. It is under clinical investigation for treatment of various advanced malignancies, most notably colorectal cancer and other gastrointestinal tumors.
