AK112 + AK117 + chemotherapy is a combination regimen under clinical investigation for advanced solid tumors, especially gastrointestinal cancers (e.g., metastatic colorectal cancer) and possibly other malignancies. The combination seeks to activate both innate and adaptive immune responses while inhibiting tumor angiogenesis, potentially providing synergistic antitumor efficacy beyond standard therapies.
