Drug intelligence / Profile preview
AK130H1 is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Akeso Biopharma that targets the Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 3 (HER3). It is designed to deliver a cytotoxic payload specifically to tumor cells expressing HER3, a member of the EGFR family that is frequently overexpressed in various solid tumors and implicated in treatment resistance. Upon binding to the extracellular domain of HER3, the ADC is internalized, leading to the intracellular release of the payload and subsequent cell death. AK130H1 is currently being evaluated for the treatment of advanced solid tumors.
