AK137 is a bispecific monoclonal antibody developed by Akeso Biopharma that targets both CD73 and Lymphocyte activation gene 3 protein (LAG-3). It is designed as an immuno-oncology therapy to enhance anti-tumor immune responses by simultaneously inhibiting the immunosuppressive functions of CD73 and LAG-3, which are implicated in tumor immune evasion.
