**AKO002** is an investigational fixed-dose psychedelic combination developed by Akome Biotech for **Alzheimer's disease**. It contains psilocybin, a serotonergic psychedelic whose active metabolite psilocin acts as a non-selective serotonin-receptor agonist, plus an undisclosed specific plant-derived bioactive compound.
