Drug intelligence / Profile preview
aKRAS is a therapeutic program developed by Oblique Therapeutics that targets various oncogenic mutations of the KRAS protein, including G12D, G12V, and G13D. The program leverages Oblique's proprietary AbMab platform to identify and target hidden, high-affinity epitopes on the KRAS surface, a target traditionally considered undruggable. The aKRAS portfolio is multi-modal, encompassing monoclonal antibodies (aKRAS Ab), small molecule inhibitors, and an oncolytic virus delivery platform developed in collaboration with Circio (formerly Targovax). The most advanced candidate, aKRAS G13D, is in IND-enabling development, while other assets targeting G12V and G12D mutations are in preclinical or lead optimization stages for the treatment of KRAS-mutated solid tumors such as pancreatic, colorectal, and lung cancers.
