Drug intelligence / Profile preview
aKRAS Ab is a preclinical therapeutic candidate being developed by Oblique Therapeutics for the treatment of KRAS-mutated cancers. The program utilizes the company's proprietary **Ab-ra-ca-dab-ra** platform, which is designed to identify high-affinity antibodies against complex or "undruggable" targets by locating hidden epitopes. KRAS has historically been difficult to target with conventional antibodies due to its intracellular localization; however, Oblique's approach involves the development of antibodies that may be delivered via oncolytic viruses to specifically target and inhibit KRAS signaling within tumor cells. As of the latest pipeline updates, the program is in the in-vivo proof-of-concept (POC) stage.
