aKRAS Ab

aKRAS Ab is a preclinical therapeutic candidate being developed by Oblique Therapeutics for the treatment of KRAS-mutated cancers. The program utilizes the company's proprietary **Ab-ra-ca-dab-ra** platform, which is designed to identify high-affinity antibodies against complex or "undruggable" targets by locating hidden epitopes. KRAS has historically been difficult to target with conventional antibodies due to its intracellular localization; however, Oblique's approach involves the development of antibodies that may be delivered via oncolytic viruses to specifically target and inhibit KRAS signaling within tumor cells.
