Overview

Aktis-1501 is a preclinical-stage targeted alpha therapy (TAT) radioconjugate being developed by Aktis Oncology for the treatment of solid tumors. The drug utilizes Aktis's proprietary miniprotein platform to deliver potent alpha-emitting isotopes directly to cancer cells. While the specific molecular target of Aktis-1501 is currently undisclosed, the therapy is designed to provide a high therapeutic index by combining the high linear energy transfer of alpha particles with the high affinity and rapid clearance of miniprotein binders. This approach aims to maximize tumor cell killing while minimizing radiation exposure to healthy tissues.
