AL6802 is a small-molecule inhibitor of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) currently under development by Hangzhou Aidecheng Pharmaceutical Technology (also known as Advenchen Laboratories). It is being investigated for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and other solid tumors. As a targeted therapy, it aims to inhibit the signaling pathways driven by EGFR mutations that promote tumor growth and survival. The drug is currently in Phase 1 clinical development.
