AL8326

AL8326 is an orally administered, small molecule, multi-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor under development for the treatment of various cancers. It inhibits Aurora kinase B, fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFRs), and vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFRs), leading to antimitotic, antiangiogenic, and antineoplastic effects. The drug is being investigated primarily for small cell lung cancer (SCLC) in late-stage clinical trials and has also been studied in advanced solid tumors and non-small cell lung cancer.
