Alahist

Alahist is a brand of over-the-counter (OTC) medications developed by Poly Pharmaceuticals for the symptomatic relief of allergies, the common cold, and cough. The product line includes several formulations such as Alahist IR, Alahist PE, Alahist CF, and Alahist DM. The primary active ingredient across the line is dexbrompheniramine maleate, a first-generation antihistamine that acts as an antagonist at the histamine H1 receptor to reduce symptoms like sneezing, rhinorrhea, and itchy/watery eyes.
