albiglutide + digoxin

This is a combination of **albiglutide**, a recombinant protein-based glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor (GLP-1R) agonist, and **digoxin**, a cardiac glycoside used in heart failure and atrial fibrillation. Albiglutide is designed for type 2 diabetes mellitus to improve glycemic control through glucose-dependent insulin secretion and slowed gastric emptying. Digoxin increases cardiac contractility and controls heart rate via inhibition of Na⁺/K⁺-ATPase, enhancing vagal tone to the heart.
