**Albiglutide + sulfonylurea** is a combination therapy used in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus, involving the co-administration of albiglutide, a once-weekly injectable glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist, and a sulfonylurea, a class of oral hypoglycemic drugs.
