Docetaxel is a small molecule **antineoplastic agent** and acts as a microtubule inhibitor, stabilizing the microtubule assembly during mitosis, thereby preventing cell division[2]. - **Bevacizumab** is a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody targeting **vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)**, used to inhibit angiogenesis in cancer by blocking VEGF signaling necessary for tumor blood vessel growth[1].
