Overview

This is a combination therapy consisting of five agents: albumin-bound paclitaxel (a taxane chemotherapy), S-1 (an oral fluoropyrimidine), oxaliplatin (a platinum-based chemotherapy), bevacizumab (an anti-angiogenic monoclonal antibody), and a PD-1 monoclonal antibody (an immune checkpoint inhibitor). Various combinations of these agents have been studied in clinical trials, particularly for gastric cancer, but the specific five-drug combination has limited documentation in the literature.
