Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Aldosterone delivery molecule is an investigational, preclinical-stage macrophage-targeting conjugate being developed by PIF Partners. Utilizing the company's proprietary macrophage-targeting platform (the same platform underlying 101-PGC-005), the molecule is designed to selectively deliver aldosterone to CD206+ (activated) macrophages. This targeted approach aims to concentrate the therapeutic effects of aldosterone within inflammatory microenvironments, modulating macrophage activity to treat inflammatory diseases while minimizing systemic exposure and associated side effects.
