Aldoxorubicin + ifosfamide is an investigational combination chemotherapy regimen used in clinical trials primarily for advanced or metastatic soft tissue sarcoma. Aldoxorubicin is a tumor-targeted prodrug of doxorubicin, conjugated to albumin, which enables enhanced tumor delivery and reduced cardiotoxicity compared to conventional doxorubicin[8].
