Alergoliber is an antihistamine medication developed and marketed by Atco Pharma for the treatment of allergic conditions. Its active ingredient is rupatadine fumarate, a second-generation antihistamine that uniquely exhibits dual activity as both a selective histamine H1 receptor antagonist and a platelet-activating factor (PAF) antagonist.
