ALETA-003

ALETA-003 is a preclinical cell therapy developed by Aleta Biotherapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. It is a CD19-protein based CAR T-cell engager (CTE) designed to redirect CD19 CAR T cells to attack non-B cell cancers by targeting well-established solid tumor antigens, specifically CD276 (B7-H3) and HER2. The drug functions as a molecular bridge, connecting circulating anti-CD19 CAR T cells to cancer cells expressing CD276 or HER2, thereby enabling targeted killing of these tumor cells.
