Overview

ALF203 is an induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived cell therapy candidate comprising endothelial progenitor cells (iEPCs). Developed by Allife Medical Science and Technology, ALF203 is specifically designed to address erectile dysfunction resulting from vascular injury. The mechanism of action involves the delivery of iEPCs to the site of injury to facilitate vascular regeneration and endothelial repair. By promoting angiogenesis and restoring the integrity of the penile vasculature, the therapy aims to improve blood flow and restore erectile function. As of the latest pipeline update, ALF203 is in the preclinical stage of development.
