ALF402 is an induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived natural killer (NK) cell therapy being developed by Allife Medical Science and Technology. As an iPSC-NK product, it is designed to provide a standardized, "off-the-shelf" cell therapy source, overcoming the limitations of donor-derived NK cells. The mechanism of action involves the direct recognition and lysis of malignant cells through natural cytotoxicity receptors and the release of cytotoxic granules containing perforin and granzymes. ALF402 is currently in preclinical development for the treatment of solid tumors, specifically non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), including lung adenocarcinoma, and liver cancer.
