Overview

ALF601 is an investigational iPSC-derived red blood cell therapy developed by Allife Medical Science and Technology for the treatment of severe anemia. The product is manufactured by differentiating induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) into mature, functional red blood cells (erythrocytes). These manufactured cells are intended to be administered to patients to restore oxygen-carrying capacity and alleviate symptoms of severe anemia, potentially providing an alternative to traditional donor-based blood transfusions. ALF601 is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
