ALF602 is an induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived platelet therapy under development by Allife Medical Science and Technology for the treatment of thrombocytopenia. The product consists of functional platelets generated in vitro from iPSC lines, designed to serve as a scalable and standardized alternative to traditional donor-derived platelet transfusions. By supplementing or replacing a patient's deficient platelet supply, ALF602 aims to restore hemostatic function and prevent or treat bleeding episodes associated with low platelet counts. It is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
