Overview
ALG-10000 is an investigational **STOPS oligonucleotide polymer** being developed by Aligos Therapeutics for **chronic hepatitis B**. It is designed to reduce hepatitis B surface antigen by targeting host pathways involved in hepatitis B virus S-antigen production and handling rather than acting as a classic direct-acting antiviral.
