Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Aliatop Crema Fluida is a topical medical device developed by Epitech Group SpA for the symptomatic treatment of inflammatory skin conditions, including atopic dermatitis, irritative contact dermatitis, and allergic contact dermatitis. Its mechanism of action is based on ALIAmides (Autacoid Local Inflammation Antagonism), which are endogenous lipid-like molecules that modulate the activity of mast cells and non-neuronal immune cells to control local inflammatory and allergic responses. The formulation also contains phytosphingosine to manage resident microbial flora and support skin barrier restoration, hyaluronic acid to facilitate epidermal cell turnover, and sodium pyroglutamate for its emollient and moisturizing properties. It is specifically marketed for pediatric use to alleviate itching, burning, and skin rashes associated with erythematous-squamous dermatoses.
