Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Aliaxin is a line of monophasic hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal fillers developed by IBSA Farmaceutici Italia. The product range utilizes cross-linked HA hydrogels produced via a proprietary process that combines different molecular weights of HA to achieve specific viscoelastic properties tailored for various facial regions. The line includes several formulations such as Aliaxin EV (Essential Volume) for deep volume restoration, Aliaxin FL (Lips) for lip contouring, Aliaxin GP (Global Performance) for common facial imperfections, and Aliaxin SR (Shape & Restore) for dermal remodeling. These fillers are designed to provide "Hydrolift Action," which aims to restore facial volume while simultaneously improving skin hydration, elasticity, and tone. They are primarily used in aesthetic medicine for the correction of nasolabial folds, malar volume deficiency, and lip augmentation.
