Overview

Alkixen is a small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) developed and manufactured by Everest Pharmaceuticals. Its active ingredient is crizotinib, which targets anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) and ROS1. It is primarily indicated for the treatment of ALK-positive anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) and is also used in the treatment of ALK-positive or ROS1-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). By inhibiting these kinases, Alkixen disrupts downstream signaling pathways that promote tumor cell growth and survival. It is formulated as a 250 mg capsule for oral administration.
